Tangy Cranberry Sauce

Give this sweet sauce a stir and it'll quickly become a family favorite. This simple side is the perfect complement to roast turkey, dressing up the bird for its big day or simply to flavor leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place cranberries and water in a medium saucepan. Over high heat, cook until the cranberries burst.
  2. Lower heat to simmer. Stir in sugar. Continue cooking 15 minutes.
  3. Allow mixture to cool. Stir in horseradish. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
