The sweetness of corn slow simmered in a gloriously creamy sauce of butter, milk and cream cheese makes a spectacular side dish that is sure to grace your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
