This salsa-based dip couldn't be easier, or tastier.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup prepared or homemade tomato salsa
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl with a beater or fork mix salsa, cream cheese, and ground red pepper to combine.
Substitution(s)
The classic red salsa is generally used for this recipe, but your favorite type can be substituted.

This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Tips & Tricks
This recipe can be multiplied easily to meet your needs.
If you forget to soften the cream cheese, place it on a microwavable plate and microwave it at full power in 30 second intervals, checking after each, until soft enough to easily mix with the salsa.
