Salad with Southwestern Salsa Dressing

A green salad topped with a salsa-based dressing and sprinkled with jicama makes for a great side with Southwestern flair.
Ingredients
- 5-7 ounce bag packaged salad green
- 1 medium jicama, sliced into batons
Salsa Dressing:
- ¼ cup prepared salsa
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
Cooking Instructions
- Toss greens and jicama together to combine.
- For dressing: In a small bowl mix salsa, sour cream, and milk to combine.
Substitution(s)
An apple can be used instead of a jicama
