These lightly salted, toasted pumpkin seeds bake up golden brown in the oven and are best served warm. They make a healthy snack anytime, perfect for camping and hiking trips. Add your favorite popcorn seasonings for variety.
- pumpkin seeds, clean and dry
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Place pumpkin seeds in a zipper bag and coat with oil. Spread onto a cookie sheet and salt lightly. Bake at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes. Great trail food!
