Ingredients

  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Gently toss asparagus on sided cookie sheet with oil, salt and pepper to combine.
  2. Roast about 20 minutes, or until browned in some areas and fork-tender.
