Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

We call this a smoothie because it's super healthy but it's as delicious as any ice cream shake. Protein, dairy and fruit in one little glass, makes this smoothie the perfect drink for breakfast or snack.
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- Place milk, banana and peanut butter into a blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Don't like peanut butter? Swap in Almond Butter instead.
Tips & Tricks
Add a squirt of chocolate syrup for a chocolatey twist.
