Pasta with Spinach and Ricotta Dinner

Penne pasta with garlicy spinach and a creamy ricotta cheese sauce will be a hit weeknight meal when paired with a tomato, mozzarella, basil salad. It's a complete dinner in less than 15 minutes (not including boiling the water.)
How to Do it in 15 Minutes:
- Before you take your coat off, put up the pasta water to boil
- Gather and prep all ingredients
- Make the pasta
- Arrange the salad while the pasta is cooking

Whip up some heavy cream. Add sugar, cocoa (sieved to get out any lumps,) and vanilla to your taste to the whipped cream. Serve with melted raspberry preserves thinned down with some cream or milk, for a sauce.
