No-Fuss Grilled Steak

A no-fuss, go-to recipe using only four ingredients – including salt and pepper! If you have leftovers, use them in Steak Soft Taco (see tip, below).
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (1-1/2 pound) top round London broil steaks, about 1-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Heat oiled grill to medium-high. Rub oil over steaks. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook 11 minutes, turning once, or until medium rare.
Tips & Tricks
If you have 8 ounces of leftover steak use it to make Soft Steak Tacos. They make for a great lunch.
