These juicy fruit rollups are an inventive way to have delicious fiber- and vitamin-packed fruit on the go. Your favorite fruity flavors are sealed into these simple strips that are perfect for school trips, camping outings and long car rides.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of applesauce
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- non-stick cooking spray
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick coating. Mix the applesauce with the honey and cinnamon, then spread in a thin layer on the cookie sheet. Leave oven door open a bit and cook for 6 to 8 hours until dried.
