Inject Some Color. “People are afraid that color will make the room look small, but it makes it more intimate and cozy,” says Brown, who loves Sherwin Williams’ “Baguette” paint shade. “It’s a really deep, deep caramel that’s very yummy.” He recommends incorporating bolder colors such as teal blue and light green in accessories, such as cushions and art.
