Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups (8 ounces) classic coleslaw mix
Cooking Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt,and pepper together to combine.
- Add coleslaw mix and stir to combine.
Substitution(s)
- Either full-fat or reduced-fat mayonaise may be used
- Either full-fat or reduced-fat sour cream may be used
- Mayonaise may be used in place of the sour cream
- Sour cream may be used in place of the mayonaise
- Lemon juice may be substituted for the cider vinegar
