Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 4 cups (8 ounces) classic coleslaw mix

 

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt,and pepper together to combine.
  2. Add coleslaw mix and stir to combine.

Substitution(s)

  • Either full-fat or reduced-fat mayonaise may be used
  • Either full-fat or reduced-fat sour cream may be used
  • Mayonaise may be used in place of the sour cream
  • Sour cream may be used in place of the mayonaise
  • Lemon juice may be substituted for the cider vinegar
