Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 2 slices rye bread
- 3-4 slices corned beef
- ½ cup leftover cabbage and apples
Cooking Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place corned beef on the unbuttered side of one of the slices of bread.Top with cabbage and second piece of bread, butter-side up.
- In small skillet over medium heat cook sandwich until bread is toasted and corned beef is warmed through.
Substitution(s)
- Instead of the cabbage and apples cooked cabbage or driained saurkraut can be substituted
