Creamy corn combines with juicy kernel corn and corn bread mix for this sweet side dish that's perfect for your Thanksgiving holiday table.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl combine melted margarine, corn, creamed corn and corn bread mix. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until center is set and top is light golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
