You'll relish this spicy sauce that gets its kick from ground beef, chili powder, onion and garlic. It makes the perfect partner for grilled sausage on a bun, hotdogs and hamburgers.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 10 to 15 minutes, or until well browned. Break up with a fork until fine.
- Add the water, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, chili powder, monosodium glutamate and salt to the beef. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
