Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 box (10 ounces) plain couscous

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. In small pot over medium high heat, heat oil or butter. Add cinnamon and cook stirring about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  2. Immediately add water, couscous. andsalt. Cook according to package directions.
