Instead of a traditional red barbecue sauce, the chicken in this menu boasts a light soy sauce marinade and a subtly sweet peach glaze. The lemon pepper-seasoned green beans and the simple sliced tomato salad are perfect accompaniments for the fresh flavor of the chicken. Top the meal off with homey pumpkin bars.
