Father's Day Beef Barbecue Menu
Here's the celebration that Dad's been waiting for all week long. The menu combines two of his favorites: shrimp and steak. Although the menu is designed to serve 6, we've selected recipes that are easy to double if you want to serve 12.
Top Tip: To keep wooden skewers from burning on the grill, soak them in a pan of water for 30 minutes before using.
